Lactalis launches Panna Cotta in combiblocStandard

August 2007. Aseptic carton packs offer excellent protection for a wide range of different foods. Trend desserts are perfectly packed in carton packs, as well. Lactalis, first dairy-processing firm in Europe, is launching its new product Galbani Panna Cotta in combiblocStandard 1,000 ml on the French market. The package volume is perfect for use in HoReCa (Hotel Restaurants Catering) and canteen kitchens.

Galbani Panna Cotta is made from cream, milk, sugar and gelatine. It makes it easy to prepare typical, traditional Italian desserts. The new trend dessert verrines – elaborate little desserts served in glasses – can be created in no time.

Family firm with global success
The family business Lactalis, based in Laval, Mayenne, in western France, is active in 140 countries and has a total of around 30,000 employees at 112 production facilities. Annual turnover in 2006 was 7.5 billion Euros, more than 50 per cent of which was earned outside France.
