Meet Stefan

 

After over 20 years with SIG, Stefan made a significant career shift in 2021, transitioning from our SIG production site (Extruder lines) to a Field Service Engineer role. Due to his many years of experience Stefan is now also conducting technical trainings for our customers, as well as supporting customers by solving technical issues, creating operating manuals, and ensuring smooth production processes. His work is varied and engaging, reflecting SIG’s family-oriented and collaborative environment. Stefan enjoys the dynamic nature of his role and the close teamwork that SIG fosters.

Meet Jose

 

Jose relocated from India to Germany in May 2022 and joined SIG as a Field Service Engineer in September 2022. He has been working closely with the Research and Development team on a new generation filling machine, providing technical support for testing and prototyping both at the SIG R&D center and at customer sites. As an expatriate, Jose appreciates the invaluable support from his colleagues, which has helped him integrate smoothly into the German work culture. At SIG, he enjoys a flexible and supportive environment that fosters both professional growth and a healthy work-life balance.
