Upskilling in real time

Why upskilling matters

“94% of business leaders expect employees to pick up new skills on the job, yet only 50% are investing in upskilling.”
World Economic Forum – Future of Jobs Report 2023

“Organizations that foster continuous learning cultures are 52% more productive and 92% more likely to innovate.”

“Microlearning improves focus and supports knowledge retention by up to 80%.”
The evolution of learning
The concept of continuous upskilling gained momentum with the advent of digital learning technologies. Traditional, formalized training sessions have given way to more agile, personalized learning methods. Today's employees expect accessible, tailored content that fits seamlessly into their daily work. Learning now happens not only in classrooms but also through bite-sized content and interactive platforms.
At SIG, we've embraced this shift, making real-time learning a central part of our organizational culture.
