Franz-Josef Mines has been Managing Director of SIG Zerspanungstechnik GmbH since 2016.
 He joined SIG in 1992 and has held various positions within the SIG Group. In addition to the management of SIG Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, he also holds the position of Director of Global Assembly and SCM. Prior to this, Franz-Josef amongst others lead the Quality Management at SIG as well as the Global Technical Service. He holds a diploma in engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
 
Franz-Josef is based in Aachen and Linnich, Germany.

Anja Deutz has been commercial director of SIG Zerspanungstechnik GmbH since 2001.
 She joined SIG (then still Maschinenbau Schiffgens) in 1987 and has held various positions within the SIG Group. Anja completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and studied business administration at the RWTH Aachen (VWA).
