Carton equipment solutions
SIG offers comprehensive system solutions for filling liquid dairy and plant-based drinks, NCSD and liquid food products into aseptic cartons. The filling machines feature industry-leading changeover speeds, allowing operators to seamlessly adjust formats, volumes, and designs. Capable of filling up to 24,000 packs per hour, our equipment meets the highest performance criteria for food and beverage manufacturers. Our open-sleeve filling process unlocks a wide range of production possibilities. To further extend capabilities, we offer specialized add-on kits for our standard machines, such as the SIG Drinksplus solution for premium beverages and Food Options for liquid foods. For products containing particulates up to 25mm, we utilize purpose-built food structures and specialized fillers. Beyond that, we also offer a retort system for more solid food products with larger particulates.
