En Thaïlande, Benefitt lance le premier lait UHT hyperprotéiné en emballages carton SIG pour une consommation hors domicile
Benefitt, nouvelle marque développée par Lactasoy Co. Ltd., introduit en Thaïlande le premier lait UHT hyperprotéiné. Le produit, Benefitt High Protein, est conditionné dans des emballages carton aseptiques SIG SmallBloc 350 ml et est disponible dans les magasins 7-Eleven de tout le pays.

SIG earns EcoVadis platinum status for seventh consecutive year with record score of 99/100
SIG again demonstrates its sustainability excellence by achieving platinum status for its outstanding performance, earning a record score of 99/100 in its 2025 assessment. Platinum places SIG among the top 1% of companies assessed globally and marks the seventh consecutive year that the company has received the prestigious platinum medal.

Asahi Group Japan lance LIKE MILK, première boisson japonaise à base de levure, grâce à la technologie de remplissage aseptique flexible de SIG
Asahi Group Japan dévoile LIKE MILK, la première boisson japonaise à base de levure présentant des caractéristiques proches du lait. Le produit est conditionné dans des emballages carton aseptiques SIG SmallBloc et rempli sur la SIG Small 12 Aseptic, une machine de remplissage flexible et à haut débit développée par SIG. LIKE MILK est actuellement commercialisé à titre de test dans une sélection de supermarchés japonais et sur plusieurs plateformes d’e-commerce, avec un déploiement élargi prévu d’ici 2026. Ce lancement constitue la première étape du partenariat entre Asahi Group Japan et SIG.

SIG food filling machines are equipped with two separate dosing systems allowing food manufacturers to increase the scope of their aseptic food portfolio. Ingredients can be filled either in one single phase, which is the standard process, or in two separate phases.

SIG Drinksplus products like dairy products with aloe vera bits can be also processed and filled in aseptic carton packs on standard filling machines from SIG for liquid dairy products and non-carbonated soft drinks (NCSD). The bits can be up to six millimetres in length and width.

SIG Drinksplus products like juice drinks with fruit or vegetable bits can also be processed and filled in aseptic carton packs on standard filling machines from SIG for liquid dairy products and non-carbonated soft drinks (NCSD). The bits can be up to six millimetres in length and width.

In SIG filling machines, each carton pack is individually shaped and sealed at the bottom. The packs – still open at the top – are then guided to the aseptic zone of the filling machine via a mandrel wheel.

Once a carton pack has been filled with the product in SIG’s filling machines, the carton top is ultrasonically sealed above the fill level – still within the SIG filling machine. The carton packs are then fed fully automatically into the downstream process.
